Rules for using probasket.online. Revised 30 July 2026.

This Agreement governs use of the website probasket.online. By continuing to use the website or creating an account, the user confirms that they have read and accept this Agreement.

1. General provisions

PRO BASKET is an informational basketball project. The administration provides access to publications, statistical materials, ratings, profiles and other website features under this Agreement.

2. User account

  • the user must provide a valid email address and keep their password secure;
  • sharing access to an account with third parties is at the user's own risk;
  • if unauthorised access is suspected, the user must change their password and notify the administration;
  • the administration may restrict access in the event of a breach of this Agreement, a security threat or unlawful use of the website.

3. Rules of use

The user agrees not to violate the laws of the Russian Federation or third-party rights. Attempts to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the website, bypass technical restrictions, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person or create excessive automated load are prohibited.

4. Information and statistics

Website materials are provided for information purposes. Statistics, ratings and information about athletes may come from external sources, be updated with a delay, or contain technical inaccuracies. They are not official confirmation of sporting results, financial advice, or an offer to participate in betting.

5. Intellectual property rights

The website's texts, page structure, design and original materials are protected by law. Trademarks, club and competition logos, photographs and other third-party materials belong to their respective rights holders. Personal non-commercial use with a link to the source is permitted unless the rights holder provides otherwise.

6. Third-party resources

The website may contain links to and embedded content from third-party resources. The administration does not control such resources and is not responsible for their content, availability or data processing policies.

7. Limitation of liability

The website is provided as available. The administration seeks to maintain the service's accuracy and availability but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors or loss of individual data. Limitations of liability apply to the extent permitted by the laws of the Russian Federation.

8. Changes to the terms

The administration may amend this Agreement as website features develop or legislation changes. The revised version takes effect upon publication. Continuing to use the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

9. Applicable law and enquiries

The relations between the parties are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Before applying to a court, the user sends an enquiry to info@probasket.online. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
