Consent to Personal Data Processing

Version 1.0 dated 2 August 2026.

I hereby freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the processing of my personal data by the ProBasket controller, located in Moscow, Russia (the 'Controller'), when registering for and using the website probasket.online.

1. Personal data covered

This consent covers first name, last name, email address, username, nickname, profile photograph, country, city, selected favourite team and player, public link, notification preferences, and technical information necessary for account security and operation.

The user's plaintext password is not included in the consent record, is not stored and is not sent by email.

2. Purposes of processing

  • registration, authentication and account servicing;
  • providing account and favourites features;
  • saving user preferences and personalising the profile;
  • sending service and informational notifications selected by the user;
  • maintaining website security, preventing abuse and complying with the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation.

3. Processing operations

The Controller may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, transfer to processors engaged to operate the website to the extent necessary, anonymise, block, erase and destroy data, with or without automated tools.

4. Duration and withdrawal of consent

Consent remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, the account is deleted, or consent is withdrawn, unless retention is otherwise required by law. Consent may be withdrawn, or correction and erasure requested, by contacting info@probasket.online. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was received.

5. Third-party services

Hosting, email, automated-request protection for forms, and maintenance services may be used to operate the website. Such providers receive only the data necessary for the relevant function. Processing conditions are also explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Confirmation

By selecting the required checkbox on the registration form and submitting it, the user confirms that they have read this consent and the Privacy Policy. The website records the date and time of confirmation, document version, page identifier and revision identifier.
